Overture Living offers multiple types of care across the complete spectrum of senior’s housing – including Independent living, assisted living, memory care and short and long term care residences. This complete service offering is available to help our community members through all phases of their retirement years.

Overture’s dedicated, professionally trained staff and comfortable secure homes provide peace of mind to our residents and their family members by offering a range of programs, services and care options that support and respect each individual.

INDEPENDENT LIVING

Overture Living will provide elegant and sophisticated independent seniors lifestyle living. The independent seniors living residence will allow residents of all levels of ability to enjoy their daily lives to the fullest. Residents will have a choice of studio, one or two bedroom self-contained units that are well-designed, elegant and tastefully appointed. Residents will have the ability to cater for themselves or to dine in our resort-styled restaurant. The amenities provided will allow residents to maintain a healthy and active social life.

assisted LIVING

Overture Living’s Assisted Living care is the ideal solution for seniors who value their independence, yet need some assistance with daily activities. We respect that individuals have their own requirements and preferences. We meet with each prospective resident and their family members before move-in (and at regular intervals once they join our community) to help determine appropriate care and service. We offer Assisted Living suites and services that customized to each resident’s personal needs. Our Assisted Living is similar to our Independent Living, but with additional assisted care and services provided.

Memory care

Overture Living, will implement cutting-edge care methodologies for Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients that will enhance the quality of their lives and provide comfort to their families. By incorporating the latest best practices espoused by both the Alzheimer’s Society of America together with the proven care philosophies of Dr. David Sheard of Dementia Care Matters. Overture Living shifts from the “sterile, clinical, hotel like environments called “units” to creating busy, filled up, engaging places that feel like “Home”. We do this by creating individual homes within our building environment.

respite care

Respite, or short-term stays are available to individuals requiring temporary accommodation for respite care or to convalesce following a hospital visit or health issue or need a place to stay while a caregiver is away. Short stays are also offered as a trial stay to experience Overture Living’s retirement living first hand.

personal services

Residents have no needs to stress.

Overture Living staff will be at hand to help residents deal with life’s challenges.

skilled nursing

Every Overture home that includes Memory Care options provides the best in skilled nursing services. This means that our Independent Seniors living or Assisted Living options include access to the RN’s in the care community within our buildings. Our communities are ideal for those who have undergone surgery or hospitalization, received a joint replacement or sustained an injury and want to recover in a warm and friendly environment.
